What Is Health?
Health is defined as the ability to adapt physical, mental and social challenges throughout life.
In the Primary classes, we learn the definition of health according to the World Health Organization(WHO), which defined as the state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not entirely in the absence of diseases. The health of all persons depends on their surrounding or their environment. Our social environment plays an important factor in our individual health.
One phrase will always come in our mind ....... that aphorism was coined in 1913 is that "An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away." This means we have to eat fruits to maintain Fit and Fine.
Components of Health Related Fitness :
1. Muscular Strength: Muscular strength refers to the ability of muscles to produce force. When your Muscles concordat, they affected the opposing forces. But these opposing forces rise, there comes a point where muscular contraction cannot swamp. Increasing the number of opposing forces your muscles can be buried requires developing your Muscular Strength.
2. Muscular Endurance: Muscular Endurance is a combination of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Its measure of how long a muscle can be conquered a force before it becomes exhaustion. If you want to test the Muscular Endurance, Pick up three-pound weights and lift it on the head and check how many times you can lift the weight without lifting your arms any longer.
You can also improve it with diet and even you can increase your stamina. Grains are particularly an important source of fuel associated with it.
3. Flexibility: Flexibility is an important aspect of health and injury prevention. Some few factors play a role in your flexibility, how compact and relaxed muscles are.
This training comes in many forms, with static stretching is the most common form. The second form of training is the self-myofascial release. Diet is the most common component of make to the body flexible. By joining the classes of yoga and pilates we gain flexibility.
4. Body composition: Our body is made of many types of tissues, mostly muscle tissues. The majority of our body is made up of muscle tissue, fat, and bone. A high percentage of body fat associated with so many health problems like cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes etc. your body fat percentage, or the percent of your total body mass that’s composed of adipose (fat) tissue.
To achieve the body composition one of the best tips I can give is to reduce your intake of sugar in combination with fat.
5. Balance and coordination: Balance helps you maintain control while coordinating your movements. Balance in sports depends in large measure on biomechanics.the ability to control and stabilize the body while standing and moving.
Coordination requires using a combination of different muscle groups at once. Coordination can only be sharpened with practice. the ability to use the senses to determine and direct the movements of your limbs and heads.
6. Aerobic Capacity: Aerobic Capacity is also called Cardio. Aerobic Capacity refers to the maximum amount of oxygen consumed by the body during intense exercise. It is a combination of both cardiorespiratory performance and maximum ability to remove and use oxygen.
