Diabetes is a problem with a body that causes sugar in the blood that increases sugar level. It is a common condition that causes the sugar level in the blood that's too high. Most people have diabetes with a type 2. In the US there are about 27 million people who have this type of diabetes. Another 87 million people have prediabetes. Those people's blood glucose is not normal.

What causes Diabetes?

There are so many causes of diabetes, genetics and lifestyle are the most important causes of this. The combination of these two factors causes insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is the most important cause of type 2 diabetes.

Type 2  diabetes can be hereditary. That doesn't mean that your mother and father has type 2 Diabetes, You are guaranteed to develop it.

There are so many treatments for controlling Diabetes of Type 2. There are so many options to manage this like Proper Diet, Exercising etc.
Treatments of Diabetes Type2 includes:

1. Weight Loss:  Losing weight can lower your Blood levels. Losing just 5-10 percent makes a huge difference. Also, a sustained weight loss of 7% or more makes your weight seem ideal. This means If you have a weight of 85 kilograms (180 pounds), then you have to lose the weight of 6 kilograms to maintain your sugar levels.

2. Healthy Diet:  Like other diseases, there is no specific diet for diabetes. However, it's important to center your Diet around the following:
  • Fewer Calories
  • More Foods with fiber
  • More Fruits
  • More Vegetables
  • Fewer sweets
  • Fewer Refined Carbohydrates
3. Physical Activity: By doing some physical activity, we maintain our Diabetes. But you have to consult your doctor before doing any physical activity. You can do any physical activity in which you enjoy like biking, Dancing, Walking, etc. You can also do yoga twice a week. or doing weightlifting also. By this, we maintain our weight as well as sugar in our blood.

4. Monitoring Your Blood Sugar: Depending on your treatment plan, you have to check your blood sugar regularly and monitor it. you have to take record of it. If you are a patient of insulin then you have to check multiple times a day. Careful monitoring is the best way to maintain your blood sugar. And you have to consult your Doctor how many times you have to check your blood sugar a day.

  2. Someone said that taking 10ml of Virgin Olive Oil first thing in the morning and last thing at night for three weeks will clear Type 2 diabetes from one's system. Somebody took for one month & no improvement was noticed.
