This is termed congenital heart diseases. If people get heart diseases later, Then this is called acquired heart diseases.

There are mostly three types of diseases which are acquired heart diseases:

3.Bad Heart Rhythms
Its Acronym is CAD. This is a problem with Blood Vessels that deliver heart muscles. CAD is also called Ischemic Heart Diseases. It involves the contraction of blood flow to heart muscle due to building up of the badge in the heart muscle. It is most common in cardiovascular diseases. The common symptom that occurs is chest pain or some ache in shoulder, arm, neck, back or jaw. In this Sudden cardiac death type include. Mostly, It feels like heartburn. Usually, symptoms include emotional stress. This diseases mostly caused by High Blood Pressure, smoking, diabetes, lack of exercise, obesity, poor diet, depression, and Excessive alcohol. There are so many tests that cure these diseases, Some of the tests are Electrodiagram, Cardiac Stress Testing, Coronary computed tomographic angiography, Coronary Angiogram etc. There are so many ways to reduce this risk-- Firstly, we have to take Proper diet, Take regular exercise, Maintaining Healthy Weight, and first and the foremost way no smoking. Because smoking is most dangerous for the heart.
2. Congestive Heart Failure:
Its acronym is CHF. Heart Failure is also known as Congestive Heart Failure. This condition occurs when the heart is not pumping at different levels or heart muscles don't pump blood as well as it should be. Heart Failure does not mean heart stop working, it means the heart is not pumping normally because of some certain condition, narrow arteries (which is also called Coronary arteries diseases), High Blood Pressure, gradually leave you're too weak or fragile to fill or pump the blood. This means Blood flows through the heart at a slower rate by his pressure increases in the heart. As a result, Heart doesn't pump the oxygen as well as nutrients to meet the body 's needs.
Not all these conditions lead to your heart failure, but by treatments, it can be improved the only thing is we have to change our lifestyle such as exercising, managing stress and losing weight, reduction of sodium in your diet can improve the quality of life. The common symptoms occur in this diseases is Shortness of breath, Fatigue or weakness, Swelling in your legs, ankles, and feet, lack of Appetite, Lack of nausea, Irregular heartbeat, Swelling of your abdomen. A single risk factor may cause heart failure, This includes High Blood Pressure, Coronary Arteries Diseases, Diabetes, Some Diabetes Meditation. The key to prevent Heart Failure is to Reduce your risk factors such as No Smoking, Control of High Blood Pressure and Diabetes, Eating healthy Foods, Maintain a proper weight.

3. Bad Heart Rhythms:
Bad Heart Rhythms problems are also called heart arrhythmias. It occurs when Electrical impulses(that coordinate your heart beats) that don't work properly causing your heart beat too fast, too slow or too irregularly. As we know our heart is very hard at work as it pumps blood and nutrients throughout the body. you can even hear as well as feel as that it sounds at a steady pace. Its got a reliable rhythm that has controlled by our own electrical system. When this system has issues, you get a change in your beat rhythm that is called Arrhythmias. Some symptoms of these diseases include Fluttering in your chest, shortening of your breath, Dizzing, Fainting, Chest Pain. As we know, Our heart is made up of four chambers-Two upper chambers(also called atria), Two Lower Chambers(also called Ventricles). The rhythm of your heart is controlled by the natural pacemaker(The Sinus Code). In a healthy heart, This process usually goes smooth, resulting in resting a normal heartbeat to60 to 100 per minute. Some causes that occur in Bad rhythm includes right now-occurring of heart attack, High Blood Pressure, Smoking, Drug abuse, Drinking too much alcohol, stress, Diabetes, Sleep Apnea, Genetics.

What are the Symptoms Of Heart Diseases?
1. Chest Discomfort: It is the most common sign of heart diseases.
If you discovered your artery is blocked, or are having a heart attack when you feel pain, tightness, and pressure in your chest.

4. Snoring: It's normal to snore while you sneeze. but sometimes, Loud snoring which sounds like gasping causes sleep apnea. This is when you stop breathing for brief moments when you sleep at night. This puts extra stress on your heart.
5. Lightheaded: This means when you feel dizzy. Sometimes you may lose your balance or feel faint because you don't eat or drink. But sometimes, if you feel faint or feeling discomfort in the chest, then you have to directly call the doctor because it is a sign of lower the blood pressure because heart can't pump the blood normally.
