- High Blood Pressure: It is the most important risk factors of stroke. Check your blood pressure every year. Normal blood pressure ranges 120/80. If you have high blood pressure, then you have to consult your doctor to reduce it.
- Smoking: Smoking damages blood cells. This can lead to blockage of blood vessels and causing a stroke. So you have to avoid a Stroke.
